You can imagine how little it takes to confuse me concerning the calendar dates, and this one was no exemption. By the time I was ready to turn out the light and by 7 am the caregiver was here to offer assistance, so I need not suggest how confusing the day was with so little sleep. Yesterday was not much better, for it already was almost 4 am and at 7 am the caregiver was knocking on the door, ready to help us with dressing up, washing and carrying out numerous little tasks that had to be done before they could leave. With a second night of almost no sleep, I had no idea of how I might struggle through another day of grogginess, yet I managed to do so quite well.
