The day got off to a good start with Matins being served well and with the chanting better than usual. There were quite a few visitors for Liturgy and I managed to speak to most of them after the service, including Peter from New York City and Victor from Moldava. I felt rather useless all day because of the pain caused by a sciatic nerve, causing me to sit most of the time. Everyhone was kind and compassionate, trying to blame it on the change in the weather, but it is nothing more than old age. If it does not improve I shall have to see my doctor. It is late in the evening and Vladika Lazar is waiting for me to finish this diary entry so that could post it which is why I am making it short. Good night everyone!
