Suddenly there is colour everywhere. The camellia bushes are sporting their gorgeous blooms , while the decorative quince is even bolder with its mass of colour. Each day brings a new joy. Grandmother Svetlana phoned from Volgograd just a few minutes ago and she sends her love to everyone here. We miss her terribly. I am pleased that Father Moses has taken up photography seriously, and some of the photos he has taken are splendid. It is no wonder that he was appreciated at the Los Angeles Times when he worked there in art and display, which he now is resuming on a modest scale.
