I am sorry to bother you with my repeat stories about visiting the doctor, or the clinic or the hospital but that is what my life has been reduced to so you shall have to put up with my ramblings. The first half of the procedure was almost impossible to endure but at least the second half was less painful and apparently the next four visits will be less painful than this first one. Upon returning to the monastery, I fell into a deep sleep so that when I awoke, I was certain that it was the middle of the night, only to be told that it was eight in the evening. Now, as soon as I complete this diary entry, I shall quickly go to sleep as best as I can to await the arrival of Vladika’s care giver and then the cleaning woman.
