As we enter deeper into the lenten season, it becomes ever more clear that our striving for improvement is seriously helped by those whom we consider to be our “community”. Our Orthodox friends share our joys and sorrows, our successes and failures and offer their advice and perspectives on what they see. It is an interesting fact that those around us often see our successes and failures in a way that we cannot; they often see our shortcomings in ways that we are unwilling to see them, and so it is of great help to have their input.
This evening, we celebrated the second Presanctified Liturgy and it seemed to go smoother than the first one. By the time the lenten season is nearing the end, we should be doing the Presanctified Liturgy in near perfection.
One last note. Fr Moses has been taking a multitude of photographs and so some kind person gifted him with several memory sticks in order that he might download these many photos for storage. This is a great help and will allow him to take even more photos for future use.
