What a pity it is that I cannot report anything more interesting than snow, more snow and freezing rain. We keep hoping that British Columbia’s famous unpredictable winter weather will suddenly change. You can see how some of early blooming shrubs can scarcely wait to have their colourful buds open up. Meanwhile, I have not ventured outside, each day thinking that the next day will be brighter and warmer. Dare I mention that at least we have not had a power outage, for which we are most grateful.
