MONDAY 27 AUGUST 2018

It was almost amusing for me to turn on the heat in the vehicle this morning, because it was so cool, as I drove to the chiropractic clinic yet, an hour later, on my return trip, I had to turn on the air conditioner, for it became too warm outside. We were informed that the months of July and August have been the hottest and driest here in many decades. I also noticed that after a couple of days of rain, even though it was rather light, our road has suddenly developed countless little pot holes. This always happens after a rainy period. We are now ready for the feast of the Dormition of the Theotokos which we will be celebrating tomorrow.
