We could feel the heat today, so that when the neighbours came to visit Vladika Lazar, they sat outdoors, shaded from the sun and breathing the scented air. Jon began building a pathway for Vladika to use from the cottage to the main building through the back door, thus avoiding the many steps that would have to be navigated. Yesterday and today happened to be laundry days with several clothes baskets full of laundry taken to the laundry room.
