A strong wind has arisen and there is a possibility of a storm, so I hope that we do not lose our power once again, although the lights did blink a couple of times. This is becoming a nuisance but there is little that we can do about it. There has been a good response to the photographs recently added to these diary entries, showing aspects of life here at the monastery in years gone by. We must thank our George [Georgy Pavlovich] who left us several albums of photos most of which were taken here at the monastery and in the old church. Since he died before we began to use the new church, there are many wonderful memories that have been preserved. Several university professors came to visit Vladika Lazar this morning and they had a prolonged conversation for a couple of hours. An intense and lively conversation is something Vladika especially enjoys.
