Thank you for your greeting from Moscow, Ekaterina and Mikhail. I am pleased that the Daily Diary of this monastery is reaching more and more people around the world. On the one hand, life here seems to be quiet and unassuming, but perhaps, on the other hand, these are the qualities that appeal to the readers. I have almost completed the proofing of Vladika’s manuscript and, as one could expect, there were a few problems that arose. Still, problems are meant to be overcome and, in the end, this will be a fine book. We are in the middle of the corn season, and the corn cobs we had today were exceptionally delicious, in spite of being somewhat messy to handle while eating.
