A Constant Contact bulletin was sent today concerning the upcoming services and notification about the Presanctified Liturgy to be served during Great Lent. Please read it carefully. If, on the other hand, you have not been receiving our Constant Contact, please inform us and we will gladly add your email to the list. That way, you can be kept up to date on various events and important announcements, for example, knowing that the evening Presanctified Liturgy will be served at 6 pm every Wednesday and Friday. Our Thursday volunteers were here today to prepare food for us. It is kind of them to do this so regularly and may God bless them. A large order of candles was made today, knowing that the demand for them in Great Lent is much greater than in ordinary periods. Pure beeswax candles are special, and their aroma is heavenly. I honestly do not know why many churches use only paraffin candles that often give off smoke and have a terrible smell.
