It became so cool today that, while I was driving Vladika to his therapy session, I had to turn off the air conditioner and, after a while, I even turned on some heat. What a welcome change this has been. Volunteers worked at cleaning indoors and also struggling to eradicate the bamboo that had begun to get out of hand. As I recall, there were no visitors today, which is rather unusual, however, with the long weekend, B.C. Day, coming up, I am sure that many people will be travelling, as this is the second last long weekend of the year, the next one being Labour Day weekend in September.
