MONDAY 28 MAY 2018

I made my monthly visit to the chiropractor this morning for a spinal decompression which is actually painless and almost restful. In any case, it has helped me over the years. I happened to mention to him that some people enjoy standing on their head for a few minutes each day and he reacted very negatively, saying that it can lead to serious problems with blood possibly rushing to the head. So, those of you who do it—beware! Thomas told me that someone had used the shower in the basement and now the tap is leaking. Kyrill, where are you? We need your help! I would also like to remind everyone that the Healing Service is taking place next Sunday, 3 June at 4 pm followed by a potluck supper. I tried to plead with people to bring a lot of food for the supper since many visitors will not necessarily know about it. Yesterday, at the Agape meal, I was disappointed to see how little food there was on the serving table. The last people scarcely got anything to eat. I would say, please cut back on the desserts and sweets, and concentrate on the main dishes, keeping in mind, that a little bowl of something is not enough. And, let us be fair; some people pile too much food on their plates, as if they had not eaten for days. I apologize if this seems like a complaint, but people must constantly be reminded.
