Vladimir telephoned to say that he and his wife Ina were bringing us peaches, a huge box of them. He had driven Father Michael to Kelowna for the bimonthly liturgy there and so they were able to spend time finding he best peaches in the Okanagan Valley. He said that both he and Father Michael could not refrain from eating countless peaches, freshly picked and absolutely delicious. We are very fond of peaches bust I have yet to learn how to eat them without getting my hands and face covered in it jiuce. Some young men took Vladika Lazar for supper in town, since he really needs to be out more often instead of being shut up all day. Moreover, the weather has been favourable today, making our lives that much more pleasant.
